Letter of Acceptance (LOA) Request Details

【Letter of Acceptance (LOA)】 Upon receiving the full amount of tuition fees, the school can issue the student a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) with start and end dates based on the number of courses the student has paid for:

NUMBER OF COURSES LENGTH OF PROGRAM
3-4 courses 4 months
5-8 courses 8 months
9-12 course 12 months

*Part-time students who choose to take fewer than 3 courses can still complete the courses at Maple Hill School, but will not receive a Letter of Acceptance for their Study Permit application or extension.

•No fees paid other than deposits are refundable when the student has requested and received a Letter of Acceptance from the school unless a valid Visa Rejection Letter is provided.

•All Letter of Acceptance requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.

【Transcripts Requests】
There are 2 types of transcripts:
1) *SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS*: for applying EARLY ADMISSION/CONDITIONAL OFFERS to post-secondary institutions, passports, study permits, visas, and/or other documents

2) *MINISTRY TRANSCRIPTS*: for applying REGULAR ADMISSION (*NON*-EARLY ADMISSION/*NON*-CONDITIONAL OFFERS) to post- secondary institutions.

Ministry Transcripts can only be obtained by students themselves via the Student Transcript System (STS):

Student Transcripts Service (STS) is a platform through which you can:
-View your provincial graduation assessment and exam results
-View or order your course transcript
-Send your high school transcript to post-secondary institutions
-Send your high school transcript to a third-party

-View your provincially awarded scholarships
